Our User Licensing Policy 

Media Music Now provides you with a Royalty Free Music licence that for which you pay a single one-time fee. * It covers the lifetime of your project covering all rights non-exclusively on a non-transferable license agreement for all of the uses listed on our website.

The only exception to this is when using our music in TV, Radio or Cinematic Film Release. Click here for more details

Our composers are independent and own all of their copyrights. They have entered into a contractual agreement with Media Music Now and our license agreement indemnifies you against liability providing you adhere to its terms. 

* Exceptions to the one time-fee would be: -

1. If you purchased a lesser license initially, lets say to produce a prototype and then upgraded a license for the purpose of mass duplication.  
2. If you contacted us to purchase a TV, radio or cinematic film Release licence.
