Satisfaction & Delivery

Once we have created your audio we provide you with an area in Media Music Now where you can privately preview it.

If any pronunciation is incorrect, we will correct it for free, however, if you want to change your script or add to it there may be an additional charge.

Changes in mix levels and voice-over frequency can be altered at this stage until it is perfect.

Once you are happy with the result, we will then create the audio files required by you or your telephony provider and deliver them online as downloads or by post.

Once your package is finished you can come back at anytime to add a new voice or have different music mixed in. This can happen if you want to run seasonal promotions or if you just fancy a change.
