On hold Voice-over Guide

Ordering your custom on-hold package or telephone voice-over is simple, quick and affordable.

For a complete package there are 3 main stages to the process.

Before You Order

1. Write Your Script

We can write your on hold script for you, however, it is usually better for you to write it - you know your business and customers better than anyone else.

If you do need guidance with your script, we can offer a limited amount of help for free. If you want any in-depth script development, such as writing it for you, this is charged at our audio editing rates.

When you are happy with your script we quote by the number of words, more about this later. The easiest way to count your words is to use the word count feature in your word processing package. Alternatively you could just send it to us and we will count the words for you and give you a quote.

2. Choose your voice-over

Our voice-over artists are talented professionals that we have an established working relationship with.
